2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
a) When visiting the website
When you visit our website www .uprise -skincare .com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- date and time of access,
- Name and URL of the retrieved file,
- Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
- browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and can answer it. You can provide additional information voluntarily.
Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a of GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.

- in the event that there is a legal obligation to disclose data pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, and
- this is legally permissible and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter b of GDPR.
4. Cookies

Our website uses the Facebook Pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. This enables us to track the actions of users after they have been redirected to our website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, about which we will inform you according to our level of knowledge.
