We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return , the item must be unused, in undamaged condition and in its original packaging. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to refuse returns of opened or used products.

To initiate a return , please contact us at hello @uprise -skincare .com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

We will bear the costs for the return shipment.

damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the existing item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the sales receipt or other proof of purchase.

refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will automatically be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

alternative to reimbursement
As an alternative to a refund, we offer to credit the purchase price as a voucher for future purchases in our shop.
